Thomas Haugrud

Biography

Thomas R. Haugrud is a shareholder at Martin & Squires with decades of experience in advising and representing clients. After earning a B.A. in 1977 from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota cum laude, he attended William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota and earned his J.D. in 1981. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 1981 and has practiced law ever since. He is admitted to the Minnesota State Courts and the United States District Court for District of Minnesota.

Thomas provides representation in a broad range of legal matters to individual and organizational clients, in such matters as: civil litigation, corporate, debtor-creditor, estate planning and administration of estates and trusts; guardianships and conservatorships; multi-employer/employee benefits; and real property. His representation includes both transactional and litigation matters.

In his spare time, Thomas cheers on the Minnesota Golden Gophers, explores national parks, does some hobby farming, and pulls muscles in other various ways.
