  • Representing property owners with property tax appeals, including presenting to County Boards of Equalization, negotiating with County Assessors, and filing petitions in tax court
  • Drafting and negotiating loan documents for commercial real estate lenders, from banks to “hard money” lenders
  • Filing of mechanics liens, assessment liens, and other liens against real property
  • Handling unlawful detainer actions on behalf of commercial landlords
  • Foreclosing mortgages on behalf of mortgage holders
  • Representing residential property owners in documentation and closing of both purchases and sales
